If you are a service provider and you are using social media to VENT or RANT about non-ideal customers or frustrations with those that you serve…please consider that there are untold numbers of your ideal prospects watching & listening.

They are NOT anxious to work with you if you are clearly not ‘crazy about them.’

Even if clients frustrate you…they are your income. You agreed to work with them. Fulfill your contract to the best of your ability and then part ways. Next time…change your intake process and screen differently to prevent yourself the angst.

Think before you post. Save your rants for your peer mastermind, your spouse or text your BFF.
